Class Booking & Cancellation Policy

We value your commitment to learning and strive to provide high-quality training while maintaining fairness for all participants. This policy outlines our terms for booking, cancellations, refunds, transfers, and substitutions. By booking a class with us, you agree to the following conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • Your spot in a class is confirmed once full payment is received.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with the course details, location, and start time.
  • Please review your confirmation carefully and notify us immediately if any details are incorrect.

2. Participant Cancellations

2.1 Cancellation Timeframes & Refunds

  • More than 7 days before class start date: Full refund of the course fee, or option to transfer to another class date (subject to availability).
  • 3–7 days before class start date: 50% refund of the course fee, or transfer to another class date (subject to availability).
  • Less than 3 days before class start date: No refund. Transfer requests may be considered at our discretion.

2.2 No-Shows

Failure to attend without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your course fee with no refund or transfer.

3. Transfers & Substitutions

  • You may transfer your booking to another person at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before the class.
  • Transfers to a different class date must be requested in writing and are subject to availability.
  • If the new course has a higher fee, the difference must be paid before attendance.

4. Course Cancellations by Us

We make every effort to run scheduled classes; however, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, including:

  • Instructor illness or unavailability
  • Low enrollment that would affect learning outcomes
  • Weather conditions or emergencies affecting safety

If we cancel your class, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • The option to transfer to another date at no cost

5. How to Cancel or Transfer Your Booking

To request a cancellation, refund, or transfer:

Requests are only considered received once acknowledged by our team in writing.

6. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), we may, at our discretion, offer a full or partial credit toward a future course, even if outside the normal refund window. Documentation may be requested.

7. Agreement

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
